Mitigation N-1: Disturbance of sensitive receptors. N-1A. The use of equipment and machinery shall comply with all applicable local noise ordinances and policies. At a minimum, the use of equipment and machinery in cordgrass removal shall be limited to weekdays (Monday-Friday) between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. within 500 feet of sensitive receptors. N-1B. Helicopters shall not be used within 1,500 feet of sensitive receptors.
